Return and refund policy

• Refund process: Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
